Tribes renew efforts to shut down Dakota Access Pipeline pending environmental review

The Standing Rock Sioux Tribe and other American Indian groups are renewing their efforts to shut down the Dakota Access Pipeline (DAPL) pending the outcome of an extensive environmental review.
